MarsDragoner Hall of the Dead King offers a wide selection of ghoulish, macabre and perilous atmospheres. Many of the melodies are slightly twisted especially in the context of the remaining components as well. In a sense the feeling of tension and anticipation is practically palpable during most of the songs. Like exploring an old derelict castle, incredulous of the curse spoken upon it hundreds of years ago... a folk tale surely? Favorite track: A crown for the king of nowhere.

DeadGiant A new Acid Crypt album is not something I expected, but absolutely something I am grateful for! Acid Crypt is a rotting titan in the Dungeon Synth scene. Capable of weaving a miasmic soundscape that draws the listener into a stygian space. The darkness is welcoming though, as Acid Crypt's ghoulish keys and foggy atmosphere are incredibly immersive. Hall of the Dead King is another exemplary album from an artist that should not be ignored. Favorite track: Mist over a pale castle.
